[Qgis-community-team] update english manual to version 1.6

Hi,

you find now a list of changes here:
http://www.qgis.org/wiki/ManualTasks#Updates_QGIS_1.6_User_Guide

it is based on the svn logs and the changelog available in the current
1.6 branch. If you find some time to work on it, please just grep a
feature from the list, add your name and start, so people know, what is
already done or in progress.
