[Qgis-community-team] update english manual to version 1.6

I'd like to continue helping. Not many changes in the GRASS integration, 
but I'll try to ge to some of the other items.
There's now a wiki page [1] listing the GRASS modules available in QGIS, 
and color coded indicating what is available. I suggest to drop the 
whole appendix section of the GRASS modules list from the manual, and 
instead mention the wiki link. I think This will be easier to keep 
updated in the long run.
