[Qgis-community-team] update english manual to version 1.6

Hi,

@Micha: have you started with the GRASS changes you proposed in the manual?
Do you plan to do it for this release? 

I think we almost finished the updates for 1.6 now and I would like to tag it
on friday afternoon, if that is ok for everybody. Please let me know, if
something is missing.
