[Qgis-community-team] French manual 1.5

Hi,

I've uploaded a french version of the 1.5 user manual, this version is 
not final as i would like to gather reviews.

I'll be absent starting this wenesday for 3 weeks, so if a change is 
needed in the manual please post on these lists (I'm hoping someone will
