Hi Alexander,

In qgis_style.sty, uncomment the ligne 122 ->
\KOMAoptions{toc=flat,listof=flat}

You loose the indentation but there is no overlapping. If you want to
keep indentation with a good control over indentation, have a look to
the package "tocloft".
