[Qgis-community-team] cleaned up some /appendices file

Hi,

I made some changes to the latex file structure. I added the content of
the almost empty /appendices files "supported data formats" and "grass
toolbox modules" into their related sections and cleaned it up. 

I also think about adding a new plugin folder and putting all plugin files
into it to make the top level structure appear cleaner. Is that ok for
everybody?
