[Qgis-community-team] Documentation repos

Hi all,

workflow for QGIS user guide already more or less established: all translations
lives in their folders in master branch.

But what about all other docs: brochure, cookbook and compilation guide? Should
we organize this repos in same way as user guide?

I already have Russian translations for Cookbook and brochure.
