Are you trying to build the compilation guide on its own? If so the
simplest way to build it under Linux is to do:

cd Quantum-GIS
cd doc
./build.sh

The above assumes you have a recent checkout from GIT. You could try
to adapt this for the Greek translation. If the translation is of the
tex only, it may be good to translate the original t2t source files
rather if feasible. Otherwise perhaps someone else on this list has
some more ideas.
