[Qgis-community-team] How do I do that on QGIS?

I'm probably thinking of just putting the QGIS bits up at the moment, as I'm fairly sure I can't just pull the ArcGIS and Manifold document apart and use it (copyright), unless we recreated it. I have added a link to it though.
I don't see any reason why a mapinfo comparison couldn't be there.

(on an different thought stream, do you have any idea how (or where) mapinfo keeps things like polygon colourings?)
