Hi Andreas,

that is a great idea and yes, all is described in the wiki. Maybe you could
start here. If you want, I can add you a new qgis_mapserver.tex file to the
structure, so you can directly start. Do you work on linux?

If you have some experiences with subversion and latex, it should be no
problem. Otherwise have a look here:
