You're right. Some other (minor) things:
-RSS feed path needs update
-Watchlist is lost
-Some page names with special charact will be changed
More configs that should be updated:
-URL rewrite(redirect) of wiki.qgis.org to hub.qgis.org
-URL rewrites from http://www.qgis.org/wiki/xxx to hub.qgis.org
Who can do that?
