[Qgis-community-team] error building sphinx html manual

Hi,

I get following message, when I try to compile:
make html SOURCE=user_guide

[...]

Exception occurred:
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sphinx/writers/latex.py", line 105,
in ExtBabel _ISO639_TO_BABEL = Babel._ISO639_TO_BABEL.copy()
AttributeError: type object 'Babel' has no attribute '_ISO639_TO_BABEL'

Does anybody know why this happens?
