[Qgis-community-team] Fwd: manual conversion / update / translation process

I am testing if translation is possible.
It is part of the latex to rst conversion.
Other users with rights to do the latex2rst conversion can do translation as well but really should not start translation in earnest!
I will however continue to review if produced rst documents can be translated.
