[Qgis-community-team] Some notes from new Portugal users

Hello all,

 

Recently i gave a training in QGIS and have tried to show the range of QGIS
potencial, either in desktop, server and mobile side.

 

90% of students are working mostly in city hall of their zone. Some of them
already started to use QGIS for basic tasks and other are now trying to
migrating from Arc our Geomedia.

 

Now i will put here some ideas/sugestions that some of them gave

   - Related to Table Manager plugin, if it is possible to have an option to
define and change the size of the field.

   - Layout templates, it is possible to have some basic default layouts
when QGIS is installed in a machine. Like *mxt templates from Arc.

   - Have more default symbols for lines and fill, perhaps collect them from
QGIS users

 

I hope you can understand and i can pass the message from them :)
