[Qgis-community-team] Outdated PyQGIS CookBook at qgis.org

Hi Werner,

sorry - you can add the "updated daily" again. I updated the cronjob on
qgis.org and updated /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/0-qgis.osgeo.org.conf as
well. It should work again now and update the html version daily at 
22:18 Pacific Day Time, which is UTC-7h.
