[Qgis-community-team] Internationalisation of Cookbook and User Manual

Hi,

to catch up with the software strategies and ideas for Lyon, do we have a
wiki page or something with the ideas/plans? I am not an expert on the
solutions you all proposed so far but would like to follow/understand it to
be able to join in.
