[Qgis-community-team] rst2pdf.pdfbuilder (exception: No module named roman)

Hi,

I wanted to do some rst conversion but fail with error message:
Could not import extension rst2pdf.pdfbuilder (exception: No module named
roman)

It seems necessary to upgrade Sphinx v1.1.2 which I think is not that old.
Is it always necessary to have the latest version available to be able to
work on the documentation? Or is there another work around?
