[Qgis-community-team] possibility to create a tab?

Hi all,

in the README.rst there's a new convention for tabs now:
 
* Dialog and Tab title::
  	
  	\dialog{title}
	\tab{title}
  
  move to::
  	
  	:guilabel:`title`
