[Qgis-community-team] Adding SEXTANTE authors and collaborators to QGIS credits

Hi

Core QGIS committers (those with write access to our master git repo)
should be added to doc/AUTHORS
Any other contributors should be added to doc/CONTRIBUTORS

If you do above, they will appear in the help->about dialog along
