[Qgis-community-team] missing info on man

Hi all.
Is there a reason why

is missing text? Has the translation to be completed?
Also, the following Tip seems missing.
And
http://qgis.readthedocs.org/en/latest/introduction/features_at_a_glance.html#annotation-tools
has a link to figure_custom_annotations_ which seems worng (it points to
the same page).
