[Qgis-community-team] Updating QGIS 2.0 Manual To Include WMTS Connection Information

Hi Bob,

thanks a lot, that is very useful for us. I integrated it into the 20
manual. And yes, please proceed with WCS as well, if you find some time. 

We have some problems building the latest manual updates on docs.qgis.org,
but you can see the text on github for now:
