[Qgis-community-team] Build docs from manual_en_v1.8 branch

Hi,

I changed the script on the server to build the docs from the manual_en_v1.8
only. This way, all translations added to the branch are directly visible at
docs.qgis.org.

I saw that for almost all languages there are errors during compilation. Can
you please have a look from time to time at the log files of your language,
when you use the pre_xx and post_xx scripts and fix the errors?
