[Qgis-community-team] Manuals and help

Hi!
As it seems that the Help files are being written in rst .. it should 
not be too difficult to style them differently whereever they are going 
to be used ..
Including them in the manual should at least be possible ..

And in that way they would also be available on the webpage :)
