[Qgis-community-team] new site work

Hi Richard!

Instead of "User Manual" I'd rather take some kind of "Documentation"
And for me the page is a bit too overloaded as "Landing Page"
I'd send you the things we sorted out at the Hackfest today evening when i
have time..

Everything else looks fine but needs a bit of polishing :)
