[Qgis-community-team] Why PDF file is NOT generated ???

Hello,

I am Seongkyu LEE.

I translate the English version of the QGIS user guide to Korean version.
But
a PDF file has NOT been generated when a PO file has 2 byte characters.
Here, the PO file has only 1 word (6 bytes).

However, HTML files is generated without any problems.

Please help me...
