[Qgis-community-team] Transifex updates

Hi Tim!

As I already wrote I have tried transifex 2 years ago but it was hard to
integrate into .ts/linguist .. probably that has changed now.
I already have created a QGIS Project (also 2 years ago) to not loosing the
name ..
Probably we can reactivate that now and let the GUI translation run over it?
But there is still the question howto integrate it with linguist/.ts files..

Unfortunately I am still in bed - but any request for taking the account
will be proved ;)
