[Qgis-community-team] layout fixes and new frontpage

Hi

Yes this is absolutely heading in the right direction. Can I suggest the
layout changes to:

Screenshots -- Download -- News (first row)
User Manual -- Case studies Sponsorship -- (second row)
Commercial support -- Bugs -- Development (third row)

Perhaps the screenshots can point to a flickr pool or something....

I would also recommend that we embed a couple of youtube vids that give a
quick overview of the features - nothing explains our project better than a
short video!

Lastly the QGIS in the top left corner and the QGIS Home links seem
redundant.

Regards

Tim
