next Tuesday a group of work (Universita di Trieste,CSI Piemonte and
Fondazione Edmund Mach) will be at  Minsk University
http://www.bsu.by/en/main.aspx?guid=1341 (Belarus) for the first session of
a seminar about GIS opensource (Qgis and Grass). Is there a belarus
community already? If anyone is interested let's open new topics.
