I'm happy to assist with this. My main blocker at that moment was that I
did not want to force linfiniti to change their source structure.

If we can mold the sources of the training manual in the same structure
as QGIS docs and QGIS website, I think we can just copy the
documentation workflow + scripts.

There is also the plan to create docker.io images for building docs and
website.

In the website we now have a 'site' and a 'doc' branch. The latter is a
git pull of the (separate) QGIS documentation project.
We could add an 'edu' branch on it, in which we pull the training-manual
sources (and the processing manual sources??).

@boundless what about sponsoring part of this work?
