There are quite a few pages that could use content now.

resource mainly.
http://new.qgis.org/html/en/forusers/support.html
http://new.qgis.org/html/en/getinvolved/translate.html
http://new.qgis.org/html/en/getinvolved/plugindev.html
http://new.qgis.org/html/en/getinvolved/devenviro.html

Some of these may be replaced by linking to existing docs when we get the
rest of the docs themed this way, but I think content can be added to most
of them without too much problem.
