[Qgis-community-team] double what's news

Hi,
the manual will also be printed as a book (not only html) and the whats_new
with figures would make +50 pages in the manual. So I removed the figures and
I like it better this way.
And for people, who don't know what some new features mean, I added a link
to the beginning of that chapter where you find the link to the changelog
website from Tim. Or maybe we will add the changelog to qgis.org?
I think this is the better solution and actually the version with figures
only existed for a couple of hours. I deleted it last saturday, but it
seems that the server might not build the updated version since last
saturday or doesn't overwrite correctly, can that be?
In my local version I find the latest whats_new
in /output/2.0/html/en/docs/user_manual/preamble/whats_new.html
Regards
Otto
