[Qgis-community-team] Training Manual as PDF?

Hi Folks,

I've been asked to prepare the training manual as a PDF and it looks like
this is not actually setup. Am I missing something, or should I dig in and
see if I can get it to work?

Also, it looks like qgis.org is not answering (
