Hi Hanxue Lee,

wanting to point you to transifex and the translation pages in our docs,
I see you already requesting Malay language via transifex pages.

I see you are requesting 'ms_MY', but we try to minimize the number of
translations, so prefer to NOT use the country specialisation if not
really needed.
So my question would be: is it ok to add 'ms' as code for the Malay
language? Then we do that for application, website and documentation.

If you start translation, note that we start building the language as
soon as a significant part of the strings are translated.
For Application I think it is 25% (?Werner)?
For Website it is if you translated at least the file Sphinx for 100%
For Docs... I do not know.
