[Qgis-community-team] website frontpage for 2.4

Hi,

currently we have "Test the Release Candidate now" banner prominent on
the frontpage.

When 2.4 is downloadable it should be removed, and I think it would be
nice to have a nice 'QGIS 2.4 Chugiak is here

Anita, or anybody else feeling creative to create such an graphic (940px
× 300px)?

maybe we should also update one of the other items from the banner?
Highlighting 2.4 stuff: MultiThreading, Styling, Composer??
