Hello. I am a newbie and want to start leaning QGIS
First of all try to download some manual..

on the page http://www.qgis.org/ru/docs/index.html#22 there is words:
QGIS 2.2
For users:
•Get the QGIS User guide (PDF)
link to PDF try to downlad

i think that the right link is
http://docs.qgis.org/2.2/pdf/ru/QGIS-2.2-UserGuide-ru.pdf - bingo! download
