[Qgis-community-team] Users Manual Form annotations challenge

Hi Alexandre,

I tested your ui file and also created another simple one. It doesn't work
for me either (crashes) and I think it is all correct. It seems to be a
bug, but maybe someone else more experienced with this feature can also
test. 

I changed the link to Tims video.
