[Qgis-community-team] wrong or inexistent link in Documentation

I have opened an Github Issue for Documentation.

In the following page, at Command line option --lang there is a link to the
qgis translation progress that no long exists.

The link was
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/GUI_Translation_Progress <-- does not
exist.

Is there a new link with this kind of information somewhere?
