[Qgis-community-team] GetInvolved > Documentation update

Hello,

I am working on the documention page in getinvolved chapter website [1]

The first paragraph gives a link to the "Community Team Lead" which is the GUI 
Translation Team Lead (Werner).

Is it something true? Do we need to add a paragraph about the documentation 
team lead (Otto ?).
