[Qgis-community-team] Proposal to divide some pages in QGIS documentation

I don't think it really needs backporting. The strings (and information)
are at more than 90% the same. It's mainly a matter of usability while
reading on website and, as translators have already begun their work,
rather keep it for next release, I think.
