[Qgis-community-team] Can not continue to work as translation coordinator

Hi all,

unfortunately because of different circumstances I can not be a
translation coordinator for both Russian and Ukrainian languages. I
just simple have no
resources to effectively work on two languages and support them.

So I kindly ask to take away my mandate of the Russian teams coordinator and
leave me only as coordinator of the Ukrainian teams (GUI and documentation).
