[Qgis-community-team] new procedures when working on the user manual

Hello Alexandre and others,

+1 for using github issues. Actually I finished my work for the 2.8
documentation master today.
There's still something to do until we can branch the 2.8 User Manual.

Who will be in charge to realize that each commit in QGIS core git
repository creates an issue in Doc git repository if [FEATURE] and/or
[SCREENSHOOT] is in the description?

I will keep an eye on the new procedures for organizing our work on the
user manual.

Kind regards,
Larissa
