thanks for noting, as I do english I do not see this :-)

In the template used for that page:

we are putting the language in the url like this:

href="http://docs.qgis.org/testing/{{language}}/docs/training_manual/"
>{{ _('QGIS Training manual') }}</a></p>

BUT for testing there is only an english one available, so I fixed this:
