Documentation 2.14 build is started once a day. But currently only dutch
and english and one or two others are rebuilding without warnings/errors.

To be able to have at least all languages I temporarily disabled that
the build stops on a warning/error and created all languages on 31th of
july, see footer with last build date on frontpage:

http://docs.qgis.org/2.14/en/docs/index.html

But most languages have errors/warnings and do not get updated after the
31th because of the translation errors.

But it takes me too much time to fix all those by hand myself. I hope
that language coordinators will take up this task.

So: Yes, people can start translating again 2.14
But note the last build line in the bottom of
	http://docs.qgis.org/2.14/de/docs/index.html
First the build should be fixed ( by fixing some translations that break
the german build ).
