Hello everybody,

I'm Kevin Mertensacker and part of the German translation team. I've got 
some problems with the following lines:

sphinx-build -n -b html -d output/doctrees  -D language=de -A 
language=de source output/html/de

Several times it shows me different errors. I tried to use different 
ways with the last sentence "See `The Symbol Selector`_ for further 
information." and in the end and deleted it, but doesn't work, too.

Another error is:

an error with this phrase. Even now, when it's deleted.

Here's also a problem with the

and I don't know a solution.
