[Qgis-community-team] Manual revision

I'm happy to start working on any sections that are ready but I know that it is not always possible to say when a section is 'ready'. In the meantime I'll carry on checking the closed issues.

Nicholas Duggan and Frank Sokolic are are mainly supposed to work on a
manual revision for the 2.14 manual release. For sure we still have a lot of
open, not yet documented issues, so until now they checked and revised a lot
of closed issues

At this point I wonder, if there are already some, completed sections /
chapters that they could have a look at? So we can say, this is done...? Or
should we wait a little longer?
