[Qgis-community-team] How to contribute to QGIS-Documentation (via github)

Hello,

I wrote a quick and easy how-to to explain how to contribute to QGIS-
Documentation with github. This is currently in a wiki page in my fork but I 
planed to include it in the documentation guidelines with screenshots. 

This could be the step 1 of several how-to. The next one could be the page 
which explains the tags [1] for example.

Feel free to add more information and rephrasing anything.
