no, as Yves just wrote it would probably be the best, if we only use the
ManualTasks to see, if all FEATUREs are integrated as issues in github. And
as far as I understand it should automatically be the case. 

Then we would use the github issues to update the manual and this list.

I would agree, because it would make the update easier for contributors I
guess.

it should be as simple as possible to define new figures.

me neither, German did in the past but stopped.

I would assume that old translation will appear as translation suggestion in
transifex. But i am not sure.
