[Qgis-community-team] Documentation 2.14 now translatable !!!

Hi Community,

After the release of new QGIS Documentation 2.14 [0], we just created
new translation strings for current 'stable' documentation: 2.14 [0]

Meaning that there are a lot new resources to translate! And you lost
some percentages of coverage (about 18%) :-(

BUT all for a good cause! Thanks to Yves, Harrissou, Alexandre [... add
your preferred documentation member here...] a lot more parts of QGIS
now have been documented!

Want to help translate? Registre yourself at Transifex [1] and request
access at a QGIS translation team (translation team managers, plz
check). Start talking to the coordinators and start translating...

Want to help write new documentation for the next release of
documentation? See [2] on how to do that.

IMPORTANT NOTE for translators: we registred NEW resources (files), BUT
we do not want to remove OLD resources yet (as they often contain good
translations too....).

So PLEASE check if a resource is still used, before starting to
translate it... You can check by looking if the url is still avaialbe in
[0]....

If you see anything wrong or missing? Just let me know!
