[Qgis-community-team] website translatable

Mmm, I see more languages (de, fr, ???) also are behind in building.
Check footer and last LTR version number in header...

Can others please also try to build/fix translations these?

Would be cool if some people could learn this trick also, as dependency
on so few people is not handy...
