[Qgis-community-team] [Doc] what's new page

Hi,
Just wondering what'll be done for 2.14 doc "what's new" page [0]
Note that in previous version (2.8), there was a changelog in QGIS-Website
[1] and another one in documentation [2] and the latter was far incomplete.
and this process requiere double work (either for writer and translator).
Any magic to fetch the website changelog inside the doc without leaving the
doc? And would that then be possible to have these changelogs available
while building a PDF of the doc?
